Plugin improvements

• Added: Constant TSF_EXTENSION_MANAGER_INSTANCE_VERSION is now available. This helps users with complex server setups maintain a stable and secure connection by changing to a salt key ( '1.0' ), folder location ( '2.0' ), or site URL ( '3.0' , the new default). View details.
• Changed: Installing Extension Manager for the first time will now use option instance verification v3.0, which relies on the site URL instead of plugin folder location (2.0) or salt keys (1.0).
• Changed: The SEO Framework 4.2.8 is now required, from 4.2.0 or later, because Extension Manager now relies on its latest API functionality.
• Improved: When there’s an issue with Extension Manager, you can now see the notification directly in the sidebar instead of having to hover over “SEO” first.
• Fixed: Resolved an issue where disconnecting accounts would fail when there’s a miscommunication with our servers.
• Other: New translations are available.
